FAQs
While general AI tools like ChatGPT can offer supportive conversations, they aren't specifically designed for ADHD support.
Ari is uniquely crafted as a companion, coach, and assistant with direct access to your task list and schedule. It has a deep understanding of typical ADHD challenges and, crucially, is designed to learn and grow with you over time. This allows Ari to develop a nuanced understanding of your specific needs, challenges, and desires, providing increasingly personalized support that general AI simply can't match.
For many with ADHD, even making and managing a to-do list can be overwhelming. While regular apps work when you're motivated, they fall short when you're struggling.
Ari adapts to your daily needs, taking on as much or as little of the to-do list management as required. Beyond task management, Ari offers ADHD-specific strategies, breaks tasks into manageable steps, provides timely reminders, and offers emotional support. It's like having a to-do app, coach, and supportive friend all in one, ready to provide the level of support you need, when you need it.
Most of the ADHD apps you see advertised on your social feeds provide educational content and general strategies with some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) concepts. While valuable, Ari takes a fundamentally different approach.
It's an AI Coach to educate you about ADHD management, but ALSO works alongside you daily, helping you put learnings into practice in real-time. Ari combines task management with ADHD-specific strategies and holistic wellness approaches, offering active, personalized support that evolves with you. You're not just learning strategies, but implementing them with guidance tailored to your specific situation.
Ari also stays updated with the latest ADHD research, ensuring it remains a cutting-edge tool for ADHD management.
Yes, Ari is designed to develop a deep, nuanced understanding of your unique ADHD profile.
It's not just an AI that provides stock answers or updates to-do lists. Ari has long-term memory and the ability to learn, reflect, and develop a deeper understanding of you through ongoing interactions. It recognizes your specific challenges, preferences, and patterns, offering increasingly personalized support over time.
The longer you use Ari, the better it becomes at anticipating your needs and providing tailored strategies. We're always transparent about Ari's capabilities and limitations as an AI system.
Ari can benefit a wide range of individuals, not just those with an official ADHD diagnosis. If you're experiencing ADHD-like symptoms, dealing with executive function issues, or are neurodivergent in general, Ari can provide valuable support.
We offer strategies and tools that can help anyone struggling with focus, organization, and time management. Ari's adaptive AI learns and responds to your unique challenges, regardless of specific diagnoses. However, we encourage seeking professional evaluation if you're concerned about ADHD or other cognitive differences, as an official diagnosis can open up additional support and treatment options.
No, Ari's primary goal is to empower you with skills and strategies to better manage your ADHD. We aim to build your capability and confidence over time, not create dependency. Ari includes features to help you gradually internalize strategies and reduce reliance on the app as you progress.
As you develop your ADHD management skills, your relationship with Ari may evolve. You might start by using Ari intensively as a coach, but over time, you may find yourself needing less coaching and more just benefiting from a smart, personal AI assistant that knows how you like to manage your day.
The ultimate goal is for you to feel more in control of your life, with Ari supporting you in whatever capacity you find most helpful at each stage of your journey.
While Ari provides valuable support, it's not a replacement for professional medical advice or therapy.
We recommend using Ari alongside your existing treatment plan to enhance your overall ADHD management. Ari can complement professional care by providing day-to-day support and tracking progress.
We prioritize your privacy and data security. Ari uses industry standard encryption and follows strict data protection protocols. Your personal information is never shared or sold, and unlike some AI companies, we don't use your data to train models for other purposes. You can delete your data at any time by emailing us.
We're aiming to launch Ari in February 2025.
You'll be able to explore Ari's benefits firsthand with a free trial period and as a special incentive for early adopters, we'll offer significant discounts to users who join during our pilot period.
To stay informed about our launch and secure your spot for these early discounts, sign up on our waiting list. This ensures you're first in line when Ari becomes available and don't miss out on our special pilot pricing.
Exact pricing details will be announced closer to the launch date, but our goal is to make Ari accessible to as many people as possible while ensuring high-quality, personalized support.
Founder’s Story: Why we created Ari

For 43 years, I thought there was something wrong with me. I aced tests but couldn’t focus on homework. I solved complex problems but forgot dentist appointments. These were classic ADHD symptoms, but I had no clue.
Eight years ago, my daughter’s ADHD diagnosis was like looking in a mirror. It took me a few years, but I eventually got my own diagnosis and medication and suddenly, I could see the world with a clarity I’d never experienced before. I read an entire book for the first time since college!
But then came the crash. Not from the meds, but from the realization of what could have been. I grieved for the life I could have had if I’d known earlier. It sparked a determination in me to deeply understand ADHD and help others.
As a software engineer and AI enthusiast, I knew it was time to build the tool I’d always wished for. That’s how Ari was born – the personal ADHD coach, assistant, and supportive friend that truly understands me and is available 24/7 to help me stay on track without judgement.
Ari is for everyone feeling adrift with a brain that operates differently:
- Teens struggling with focus, motivation, and procrastination as they face the steady stream of homework
- Adults missing deadlines, feeling overwhelmed, and disorganized as they battle the distractions of life
- Anyone looking to unlock their ADHD brain’s full potential to feel successful and less alone in their journey
Our mission is to show you that ADHD isn’t a flaw, but a different way of processing the world. With the right tools and understanding, you can achieve remarkable things.
Remember: you’re not alone, you’re not broken, and your unique brain is capable of amazing feats. Let’s rewrite our ADHD stories and move forward together.
